At Arwyp Medical Centre, we are actively working on improving our care as far as we can. As part of this, we gather and use feedback from our patients and their loved ones to develop improvement solutions. The feedback we receive from our patients have a direct impact on the care we are able to provide.

How does our feedback work?

Patients are given the opportunity to rate their hospital experience after they have been discharged. This is done either via SMS or Email.

All the questions are rated on a scale of 1 – 10.
We categorise the ratings into the following groups that measure how satisfied the patients were:

Category Scores
Always satisfied: 9 - 10
Usually satisfied: 6 - 8
Sometimes satisfied: 4 - 5
Never satisfied: 1 - 3
