| The institute boasts technologically advanced equipment and facilities, including a simulation laboratory where learners can practice their skills before having to care for patients. The suites comprise three lecture rooms, a library, computer room, reception area, various offices and kitchenette and restrooms. The current staff complement of 11 includes eight facilitators/educators. |

| The centre prides itself on the contribution it is making towards the skills development initiative of the government by offering career-focused training and education to previously disadvantaged groups. A course in English proficiency has also been introduced as part of all the basic nursing courses. |
