Management and staff members of Arwyp Medical Centre were proud to acknowledge their best and longest serving employees at the company’s Long Service Awards held on 29 September 2011.The function began with a talk by motivational speaker Dr Wayne Korras whose moving story of determination to fight the odds which have been stacked against him, touched everyone. Staff members were acknowledged for 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service which included a number of staff members who have been with the company since its inception. A lucky draw was held to find the employee of the year with Sweetness Mnani being the lucky winner. Second prize went to Chinyere Stephen-Lawson and third prize to Queeneth Ndukayo. A brand new washing machine was up for grabs in the raffle which was drawn at the end of the proceedings and which was won by an excited Sr. Carolyn Schutte.
